Some of country including Malaysia implement movement control order as a preventive towards the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). As Malaysia partial lockdown, we have been quarantine for 14 days because the government want to make sure that there is no people being infected by the virus.
Okay back to the topic, I am concerned for some people especially for extrovert because not all of them can stay at home for a long time. The thing that I want to say is, please have some social interaction with someone in your surrounding. No matter what conversation we have even with simple "Hye" would be better rather than just looking at your family and say nothing.
Why is social interaction is very important to us ? Because it is the most important factors of our physical and mental health. It helps us in coping with stress and major life changes. Knowing that we are valued by others is an important psychological factor in helping us to forget the negative aspects of our lives such as losing someone important in our life, or losing job or worrying about COVID-19. By having social interaction, it is also can help us boost confidence and giving more moral encouragement. Me myself, need someone to help me in something. Well, what can I say is.. People need people and I can't deny that. Not only that, it is actually can support us in lowering occurrence of stress, depression and anxiety.
In 2 years ago (if I'm not mistaken), I tested myself by not having any social interaction and I want to know how long I can cope by being alone. Just watching television, surfing the internet and sleeping. I am quite shocked because I only can stand being along for 7 days only. At first, I disbelief that I only can cope with it for 7 days only because I am an introvert. I thought I can being alone forever HAHAHAHA and it turns out.. I can't being alone eventhough I spend my whole life by myself more than interact with so many people.
From this, I believe that all of us need social interaction. People need people. Ciauuuuuuuuu

A social interaction or social relation is the way people talk and act with each other. It may include interactions in a team, family or bureaucracy. It includes any relationship between two or more individuals. It is a source of socialization and it characterizes all types of social relationships.
